I offered this recipe to my friends at Hills, the restaurant in Bistrița with which I collaborated ever since its opening. I thought you might like it, so here it is. And speaking of recipes, if you don’t want to buy pasta, you can make your own, after this recipe. For one serving of salmon and pea tagliatelle you need 180 grams of fresh tagliatelle, 80 grams of fresh salmon, 50 grams of fresh broccoli, 30 ml of olive oil, 20 grams of frozen peas, 120 ml of cooking cream, salt, pepper and 5-6 basil leaves.
Boil the pasta in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Scald the peas for one minute.
Slice the broccoli and cut the fish into cubes with the side length of 2 cm. Fry the fish with a little bit of olive oil one minute on each side (a total of 4 minutes) on medium heat, season it with salt and pepper and place it on a plate.
Fry the broccoli in the same skillet (add some more oil if necessary) for two minutes, add the peas, the cooking cream and a bit of the pasta-boiling water. Let it boil and add the pasta to the skillet. Stir well and place the pasta on a plate. Finally, add the salmon and the basil leaves.
