Barbecues in Baia Mare

Darlings, I told you I’m going home, to have a barbecue at the Tuberman party organized by master Gaben. It’s the first time I’m doing this since I’ve become famous on the internet (hi hi), as aunt Molly from Melaka would say. Am I nervous? I’m not, after all I’m going home. Am I looking forward to it? That’s for sure. I can feel that I will see dear people, I know for sure that I will have a great time and, all in all, I know it’s going to be fine. Look (this one is for you too, dear residents of Baia Mare) at what I have prepared for the demo on the 14th of May (all of these will be eaten limited to the available stock, for sure, but nobody will leave with an empty stomach, as those hosting me come prepared with all sorts of things to eat):

Marinated chicken wings, splashed with beer.

Grilled pork scruff, slightly different than the usual.

Pork ribs marinated in lemon juice, dusted with spices and cooked slowly, in order to the meat on the bones to soften.

Pork loin rubbed with spices and roasted on the grill.

Satay, some small skewers I brought with me from Asia (the recipe, hey), dipped into a sweet and hot sauce.

So, what say you?
