Hello, darlings. It’s no longer a novelty for anyone, but I will still confirm the fact that I was invited by the ProTV team to join the Masterchef TV show as a juror. I accepted the invitation, which honors me. My presence in the Masterchef jury isn’t just a recognition of all my efforts and a source of pride, it’s also a responsibility, an additional challenge which I take on with enthusiasm and seriousness. I trust it will be a new stage from which I will have plenty to learn but I will be able to pass on my knowledge, my concerns, my passion for cooking. I’m a lucky man because I can wholeheartedly say that for me, there no lines between work and passion.
If you’re worried about my presence or absence on this blog, I can tell you that, although it’s going to be difficult, I won’t give up the things I had already been doing. I consider that this blog has to follow its course regardless of the changes in my professional life (some of you can remember, perhaps, that I posted daily even when I was working 16-18 hours per day). I’m also thinking about the way in which my online activity will be enriched by this new experience in my life, so I don’t think there are any reasons to worry from this viewpoint. I thank all of you for your positive thoughts and for congratulating me. Stay healthy.
