The Adi Hădean Association was established in January 2015, with the main purpose of promoting projects that bring Romanian cuisine in the spotlight, as well as other activities from the culinary and social field.
The Association is an important project for Adi Hădean, whose name is linked to a series of other projects that influence the life of the community and to events that he has supported and promoted throughout time: from humanitarian projects or involvement in certain social cases with which he empathizes (the lunch prepared for 100 pensioners from Bucharest, in 2014), to actions meant to draw attention on certain aspects regarding the nutrition of kindergarten children (the “Farfurii curate”/Clean plates project that took place in kindergartens in Cluj-Napoca) or to projects meant to highlight the importance of Romanian authentic food (Taste of Romania).
