Two or three days ago, during the friendly and work visit that our friend Ruben paid us, it dawned on me. I have to show this to use, it’s a must and it’s important. Remember the onion jam? Yes, this one. Let me tell you: I discovered a great combination that work perfectly with chilled white wine or a fine rosé, even with a slightly fruitier red wine. It’s the combination between onion jam, flavored with coriander and cloves, and dry Parmesan, cut into shavings with a vegetable peeler.
You can use this combination every time you have guests over or simply when you feel like indulging in something simple and easy to obtain.
