Greco-Roman

249

L.E. I have a contest on my Facebook page, maybe you’d like to participate.
The other day I made a Greco-Roman combination that I liked. A fusion, if you like, between the really simple Italian cuisine and the really simple Greek one. Therefore, my fusion was also really simple. I boiled some pasta (some spaghetti, to be precise), which I dipped in garlic olive oil and, separately, in a skillet, I put a cup of chopped tomatoes with diced onions, two crushed slices of feta cheese and…that’s about it.
After five-six minutes of simmering on the stove, I mixed the sauce with the pasta. I took the below photos. Then I ate. Stay healthy.

And now that I gave you an idea for lunch, let me give you the good news: the “Farfurii curate” project has passed the first stage of the competition for the grant offered by Raiffeisen Bank through Raiffeisen Comunități” (the Facebook page “Raiffeisen Comunități” is constantly offering updates on the competition). We’ll write the project and then we’ll send it (this was the phase of evaluating cover letters), then we’ll ask for your vote, which is very important for our success.
Don’t go far.
