Can you make curry with meatballs? Sure you can! First, prepare the meatballs (by the way, it would be a good idea to make meatballs and freeze them in order to use them when you don’t have time to spend in the kitchen): knead well 300 grams of beef ground meat, 200 grams of pork meat, a tablespoon of bread crumbs, one egg, one tablespoon of chopped parsley leaves, a bit of salt, a bit of pepper, a pinch of Arabic cumin. Heat a skillet, splash some oil and place the meatballs in it.

In the skillet, put a small pinch of cumin (the pickled pearl onions are optional)…

After six-seven minutes, turn the meatballs. Add two tablespoons of tomato purée, a teaspoon of garam masala, a teaspoon of tikka masala and, if you have any, a teaspoon of hot pepper paste.
